I am trying to get into my account, but my stuff was all changed. I called and reported this to you guys a few days ago because since they had gotten my email passwords they were able to change the password on my green dot online access. I ordered a new card to a different address and asked that the online account be shut down so that everything had to be done over the phone instead so everything would be recorded. Well none of that was done and my next disbursement date for my student loan is ********. I cannot seem to get in touch with a live agent and I don’t have a new card yet, I believe it was mailed to my old address which is where it was stolen from to begin with. And my birthday was changed so that it doesn’t match my social. What exactly do I need to do because at this point I have no idea. I cannot afford to lose the money from my school.
