The easiest way to resolve any billing issues with Green Dot is to call 866-795-7597 and press 1 to get to a live representative from Green Dot . From there, you will need to enter your 16 digit card number or enter your social security to speak to that representative.

ADDED $***.** TO MY GREEN DOT PLATINUM CARD ON ******* *:**PM CT MADE A PAYMENT OF $**.** CAR PART AT KUNES COUNTRY TO FIX VECHILE HAD A REMAINING BALANCE OF $***.** NOW MONEY IS NO LONG ON THE CARD AND CALLED THE NUMBER AND IT CAN NOT LOCATE THE INFO SO I WOULD LIKE MY MONEY PUT BACK ON THE CARD OR I NEED TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE DIRECTLY SO NEED A DIRECT NUMBER OR SOMEONE WHO CAN HELP GET THE MONEY PUT BACK OR TO SEE TRANSACTIONS OF CARD!!!!!
