I went to * seperate retailers to reload my pre-paid debit Card (Mango Mastercard) but at each location the system came back with a message telling the cashier it was not able to process the reload and I have not been able to load my card with funds today yet. I have been using this card for quite some time now and I have never had an issue getting funds loaded onto my card until today. I contacted the bank via the phone number locatedon the back of my card and they ensured me that everything was fine with my card and it was most likely a Green Dot issue. I would like to know when I will be able to put money on my card as I have bills that need to be paid and other purchases I need to make today.
GetHuman-angiebl did not yet indicate what Green Dot should do to make this right.
