I wanted to talk to a representative to ask about where I can take money out in my area because the Banks I see listed online most of them are permanently closed in this area. I got a representative who said she could not hear me and if I could hang up and call back. That is the basic of what we discussed. I called back and got the automated system that said I needed to listen to a list of different options to best help me because I had already called. I pressed the option for assistance was given more options. It asked if it was about the same issue. Well yes since I could not communicate with the rep the first time due to a bad line. When I pressed yes it took me to other options on automated system that were NOT what I was calling about. Called back pressed no it still gave me the same options to talk to the automated system. I did not want the automated system. Could there be an option specifically for a representative and *or an option on where by zip code one can withdraw funds? Very frustrating
