I never received my new card and with out thinking twice I cut up the one I bought from the store and I had an amount of $** in it. I have received the email stating my card has been ship out and I have check my mail everyday but received nothing. I have been trying to call costumer service but couldn't get into my account because I don't have my old card number that I have bought from the store.
