I still don't know where the money is that I loaded online from a ** digit Moneypack Green Dot to a Netspend Visa Debit card. I am so confused and don't know who to talk to and who can I trust? My son is stuck in a town that he is visiting, with no money, he has no food. Please let me know the safest way to this matter. I'm afraid that the money got put in a account that wasn't my sons account, even though online it was his NETSPEND account, it was deposited in a VISA ACCOUNT.

I received the number from the green dot card (with money my sons uncle had put on it)and phone number. It said that it could go to any account (I checked the first * digits of his account on Moneypak site and was accepted) ... I received a ** digit moneypak card number and phone number (bought frommoneyfrom social security)and wanted to download to Netspend ** digit debit card for my son. He is from California but as of now he is stuck in the state he's visiting. Should I have put the name of the state that he was in or can you check if this money is still pending?
This was my sons social security check and I'm thinking it went into a Moneypak account that has the last same * digit as my sons. But I'm assuming this because that's the only thing I can think that happen or it was stolen.
The best way, would be to look into it to see what happen, and then put it back on the Netspend card, but I would like confirmation when it is sent and making sure my sons account receives it, too.
I don't know if I'm a customer, I didn't purchase the ** digit card (my sons uncle bought it) but I'm the one that made the transaction and my information is in your data base. Now when I check on line with my user id and password it does'nt even take it.
I have a phone number with your company, but don't know who to trust, so I didn't call it, maybe you can let me know who to contact, by phone or email.
