After being a customer for nearly * years I had to dispute * charge.For this the represenative reported my card stolen and it took a week to get access to my remaining funds.However She assured me that the issue was taken care of.However now my direct deposit was returned to my employer.However my employers bank shows that it was accepted.?? please send my employer confirmation of this I have never dealt with such a unprofessional organization in my life.
GetHuman-billmead did not yet indicate what Green Dot should do to make this right.
