Help with my Green Dot issue

register my card but I kept getting notices that I had exceeded my maximum number of daily attempts in ** hours and then I lost the card before I could register it. ... I purchased a Green Dot card and put $*** on it. I gave the cashier my name and adress. I then took it home and attempted to register it several times through the Green Dot app. Every time I attempted to resister the card, I got a message stating I had "Entered the wrong information too many times" and that I had to "try again in ** hours". The next day I lost my card. I attempted to report it stolen but wasn't able to because I didn't have the acxount number and because my social wasn't on file. I purchased this card around Aug *, **** (but before Aug * ****).* I have since bought a new card . It is under my name as well (John Hartman) , but there is a different address listed for this one . I bought a new card (ending in ****) but I still haven't been able to locate the first card which still had a $*** balance (approximately). So I am missing the first card with a $*** balance that was never registered and has a different mailing address (*** West Commercial ****, Springfield, MO *****). I am trying to get a replacement card for this account. Please help me secure my account number and new card for the first account.
