I've made a $*** deposit to the secured credit card that I received in the mail. This was done on August **th. But when I call to speak to someone about the problems with this card, I get hung up on. My funds are showing credited to my Platinum Card, but I cannot access the money on the card, there is no available credit listed. This is a platinum card which is a secured credit card. I've called you countless times, and cannot speak with a person. I'm now being told by your automated system that the card I have is not valid. I need to get a card to access my $***, or refund my money immediately or I will take my business elsewhere. The automated system keeps telling me that my card number **** **** **** ****, expiration *****, Mary Tucker,is not a valid card, and that my social security number is not found. This is beginning to look like a fraudulent scam. I expect to have this resolved immediately or I will contact my attorney, the media, and the Better Business Bureau to file complaints against Green Dot Platinum.
