i called in **** for new original card wish i never received and was told i couldn't purchase another and have my money transferred to that card. Then i called back in **** to give another address to receive card and was told that i need to send ID verification didn't have a ID at that time. So in **** when i get ID **** i was given *****@***.com as the email to send my info which wouldn't correct . Then on or around *** i called and was given *****@***.com which was still WRONG .I call back on around the **** the third time before i got the proper email. Then i calls back on **** after i actived the card to see why it was still BLOCKED i was told that it was the wrong card. And the card that i was calling in reference to was sent to the wrong address which on **** I updated my addresses to make sure it was correct . And after all that the **.** to **.** that i had on my card after the monthly fees of *.** all i have to show for it is **.**. After * months of documentation of me no having my card in my position I'm still charged for something i don't have use. i'm being charged monthly fees for that has been blocked for * months and i didn't have.
for my * months fees should be waived
i expected better than i received it in mail alot i left my card at home and needed it to make a reservations and want to go home and come back and i regret that .
well if i can't get any results I'm thinking about going to NBC * Response for customers complaints . To let everyone know how they are and not to do business with them.
