The easiest way to resolve any billing issues with Green Dot is to call 866-795-7597 and press 1 to get to a live representative from Green Dot . From there, you will need to enter your 16 digit card number or enter your social security to speak to that representative.

I have had a Walmart Money Card (Visa) for almost * years and never had one issue. I lost my card a couple weeks ago and I canceled my debit card either on the *th,later in the afternoon, or the **th. I made * payments online using my routing number and checking account *. When I canceled my card they told me the * utility payments I made would be honored and that my debit number was a different one than my checking account number. That day I asked a Green Dot representive if my utility payments would be honored without a problem. They told me that yes they would be honored. Well today I get a call from the gas company that it was not honored and they told them my account was closed. I had just gotten a ***.** direct deposit the day before, which I can not access, they blocked me from seeing my account online, they didnt honor my gas bill, and Im still trying to find out about my Idaho Power bill. I can not talk to s a customer service person, and my Maverick Nitro Card which is linked to my bank account number, not by debit card, those purchases have been refused to be honored as well. I used my Nitro Card so that I could get gas and a little something to eat, since i can not touch my money and have no way of finding out when or if Im getting another debit card. Is this how your business does loyal customers? How dare you take my money, refuse to talk to me, no honor my payments that were not even linked to my bank account and then what? Leave me for weeks with no money, no way to get my money, and nobody who can tell me who I need to talk to.
GetHuman-erinndaw did not yet indicate what Green Dot should do to make this right.
