Aug. **, applied $*** to Walmart Visa debit card. About * hours later, tried to get gas, pump broken (not marked so), swiped card, entered pin, twice within * minute. "Sale cancelled" both times. Went inside the store, no transaction showing on register. Immediately my card balance dropped to *. * pre-authorization transactions pending for $**.** & $**.**, leaving my balance at *. Customer service said amounts would be credited back in ** hrs. The credits still haven't happened as of now, about **am, ****. Customer service said possibly as late as ****. Today customer service says credit will be applied **** - adding another ** hours to the hold on $***.**. The only funds I have to my name. I need the credit expedited to return my cash deposit to my card, giving my money back, that is being held for no reason. The service station's bank is not holding the funds.
