I recieved a phone call from a greendot dispute staff on august **th **** at *:** pm to my cell number *** ***-**** and was told by this female staff. That my dispute of the july **th transaction was found favorably on my behalf and that my $***.** cents would be put back in my account within one buisness day... So yesterday ******* i checked ny account and no money was returned and the automated voice promp said my dispute was denied.... So i asked to speak with a customer rep who in turn transferred me to a dispute rep name mike ..After talking with mike i asked to speak with a supervisor, I then was placed on hold by before named dispute rep and the phone was hung up on me..So ive been trying to contact a live staff member since yesterday but to no avail have i been able to make any contact , everytime i call the number on the back of my card or enter my account number i only get a computer automated voice informing me to press certain numbers , and yet still to no avail have i been able to make any contact with the appropriate customer relations rep....
