I bought my green dot card at a CVS and put money on it . Every time I try to activate it online it says try again later we are experiencing technical difficulties. I need access to my money now . How can this be resolved and the card activated ? There is no number to contact a live person , I have tried every single phone number people suggested and the ones I giggled . It’s all automated? And it says can’t find me or card on file because it isn’t activated yet ?
