On July ** **** my girlfriend and I made a reservation through Agoda it saids u have to put a credit card but they don't take no money off u til u arrive on the hotel property check in is at * I called them at *** and told them I wasn't gonna make it had a family emergency and the lady said ok that's fine next thing I know my girlfriend and I went to go purchase something to eat n the card got declined and we both was like wat happen so that's when I immediately called hotel no one picked up so I emailed them on there website nuthin so than I emailed Agoda they said it was up to the hotel because they put me as a no show how is that we I called and told them specifically I wasn't gonna make it cancel and she said ok I said nuthin was taking off my card rite n she said no I just want my money back
