I’m trying to register my card so that I can use my hard earned money I entrusted with their company to put on my active but unregisterable new card ... This issue is not fixed!! I DO NOT KNOW WHY IT REPORTED FIXED!! Bought card this morning it will not let me register it says info does not match what’s on file
I don’t take lightly the fact they have stolen my money
I would have never wanted the stressful, time consuming, BS. I had to sleep in my car overnight as a result of this
I can’t believe this is even a question I offered to answer! GreenDot should be providing the customer service*support needed.
