The easiest way to resolve any billing issues with Green Dot is to call 866-795-7597 and press 1 to get to a live representative from Green Dot . From there, you will need to enter your 16 digit card number or enter your social security to speak to that representative.

Get my money returned to my card ending in **** ... I have contacted green dot since June *st ****. They keep telling me this situation will be resolved in * to * days. Well nothing has been done yet. I got a money Pak on the date I provided above. Sent it to Catrina Call card ending in ****. I filled a fraud dispute on the websites which I was told to. Greendot locked her card. I ask for the money to be returned to me on my card ending in ****. The card has never been unlocked nor has my money been returned. The money is still on her card along with *** and some odd dollars that is hers and she can’t even spend that. Well since it’s been this long and no results! I contacted my attorney. He said we could sue. I hope it doesn’t have to come down to that, but I want my money of *** dollars put back on my card. Services were never rendered. It’s up to you to put it back. We, meaning Catrina Call and myself has even made *ways to your company. Evidently they don’t record or type it into the computer because everyone I talk to doesn’t have a clue about any of the conversations. It’s ridiculous. So I’m asking nicely to put my money back on my card before I have to take legal action. Thank you Mitzi Quillen.
I’ve been on the phone for hours pretty much everyday since June for * or * hours at a time or longer. I have better things to do than wait on the phone for greendot representatives to hang up on me when I start explaining my situation

Yes, I have contacted Secretary of State, Better Business Bureau and my Lawyer, Frank Slaughter. He advised me to keep going up the chain. I did so but still no results.
