My name is Olivia Murrell, I have a Walmart prepaid debit card I have been having this card for at least * years, every year my tax money comes on to this card in March of **** money was stolen off of my card I called Walmart to have them to cancel the card and send me a brand new card. They told me that I had to file a dispute so I did I filed a dispute and I filed all the transactions that was missing off of my card. After I filed a dispute I waited * months for a response they never called me I called them and they told me that my dispute was denied. So I asked them that they do a full investigation they said that they did but they could not have because my money was stolen off of my card. So they have me file a nother dispute this was my second dispute that I have failed so after I found the second dispute I called back in a week and they said that it was an ad again because my PIN number was used when I told them that my car was stolen and cancel my card and send me another card. The new car that they had sent me money was also stolen off of that card from California I live in Louisville Kentucky. I have filed five disputes over this same claim that has been going on since March of **** every time I ask to speak to a manager or someone over them I never get to speak to a person. So after I kept calling and I hired a lawyer and if filed a police report I called them back to let them know that I filed a police report I mailed them in my police report my detectives name my lawyer's name to try to see what is going on with my money and Who Stole My Money after all of this the back and forth calling **** keep on denying me and me feeling several disputes I had talked to someone over them I went to the Walmart store where I purchased my card, and they told me that they did not have anything to do with my money they told me that Green Dot Has all the rights to my. They told me this about a month ago and that was in June if they did not have anything to do with the situation that was going on with my money being stolen off of my card I do not understand why did they have me Fair all of those disputes send in my police report give them my lawyers number give them the detectives number they should have told me at first that they could not help me but instead they had me go on and on and on with this for several months this happened in March it is now July and nothing still has not been done corporate has not called me I have left several messages I have left several emails and no one is helping me. The money that was stolen off of my card was my tax money that was put on her I get my tax money put on their card every year I do not understand how my money was stolen off of my card they cancel that card send me a brand new card and money was also stolen off of that card that I have not even used at all anywhere but it was still stolen off of that card from California. I do not know what more they need I have gave in them everything that they need the detective is doing his work the lawyer is doing his work I have sent them all of my information and they still have not gave me my money back they still have not gave me a answer or explanation or anything now they give me your number the greenDOT Number corporate office to get in contact with which they should have told me this at first instead of having me file all those disputes, lawyer getting a detective and filing a police report... now I need to talk to someone from corporate from GreenDot card. Because this situation has put me way behind in my bills almost to the point to where me and my son was about to get put out of our home we are very financially messed up since this has happened that card was the cord that I put all of my savings on I have of the cards. But on that card that was my savings money that was my hard time money for me and my son and my living situation I am not a rich person I do not have money for it to be stolen right from up under my nose so I'm asking for someone please to call me back and tell me what is going on because I do not know what's going on who Walmart the **-hour service has all my e-mails has all my information has all my contact information so could someone please give me a call back at ***-***-**** and my name is Olivia Murrell and I am sending this email because my money was stolen back in March off my card and this is July and I still have not got anyting not a response not a call have not talked to anyone not even my money back thank you have a blessed day
