I reported my card lost and I got a email saying suspicious activity has been going on with my card. When I talked on the phone with GreenDot RIGHT before I canceled my card and ordered a new one, they said they haven’t seen anything suspicious. I lost my WHOLE wallet with my ID inside. How am I going to unblock my account without an ID? All my money gets deposited into my greendot card so I have NO MONEY to buy a new ID. Please provide help! Phone number on file: ***-***-****
