Activate it ... I can not get to a HUMAN! Can't activate my card! Y'all have my information wrong which is preventing me from getting thru the stupid IVR to a CSR! This is the sorriest excuse for customer support I have ever experienced! And I am a veteran CSR for other companies! Poor at very best!
I can not speak to a human. The system won't let me thru. And NOW, its saying that the issue is fixed??!!! IT IS NOT FIXED!
Either make a human available to speak with or just hang it up people! I HAVE MY OWN CORRECT PERSONAL INFORMATION! YOU DO NOT! WHICH IS BLOCKING ME OUT OF BEING ABLE TO ACTIVATE MY CARD AND USE THE STUPID THING!!!

I have called every phone number I have found for green dot except for corporate office. I guess that is my next step! Stupidest **** ever!!
