The easiest way to resolve any billing issues with Green Dot is to call 866-795-7597 and press 1 to get to a live representative from Green Dot . From there, you will need to enter your 16 digit card number or enter your social security to speak to that representative.

Simply put, I went to Rite Aid and filled my prepaid card with $**. I try to purchase my ram and it says that I place my order and then when I check my order it says that the orders on hold. So I cancel my order and try again and it just keeps doing that. So I give up and try to put the card on my Play Station * to get a game and it wouldn’t allow me to. I call and the automated man tells me something like my orders were canceled because I can only make in-store purchases (WHY THE **** WOULD I GET A DEBIT CARD SO THAT I CAN BUY STUFF FROM A STORE????) . So I go to Seven Eleven to see if I can get cash back and my card gets declined. They said I can’t use the atm for the card* on top of the that they deducted * dollars for a fee before I could even use my **** card. I want to know how I can use my card and if it’s possible for me to sue if I can’t because this is ridiculous.
