I purchased a card and did not realize that it was a Debit card and I wanted a gift card. I never activated the card...**** **** **** **** exp ***** sec code***.*I called and spoke with agent ***** about * weeks ago and went through the refund process. I was told I would get a refund in *-* weeks, I have yet to receive it. And so now....what do I do??? I have tried customer service but since I did not register the card, your system will not recognize the card. It keeps send me in a loop. I am looking to speak to a HUMAN and get this resolved.
