Hello my name is Monique Richardson I have a Wal-Mart money card through green dot bank. I called to cancel my card and get another due to some charges I needed to dispute. Well I received a email stating that I needed to upload a copy of an I.D or driver license online to confirm my identity. I have tried several times but the site does not recognize my ** digit card number. So I call the customer service line and they have an automated message that says my card has a freeze on it upload my i.d. And customer service has no further information. Then gives me the option to hang up or hear the message again.... I have no way of speaking with a live representative and I have over ***.** on my card I need help A.s.a.p
