I purchased a card and added money on it with cash. When I sent the reload number after scratching it off on back of card. Person I was sending to is unable to apply the funds. Customer Service advised them to contact me ( The purchaser) and call you. have attempted to call * times and CAN NOT get a live person and the prompts do not direct me to a option the handle my problem. I need this rectified ASAP I am out **.** and want to know how to get my refund.
