Help with my Green Dot issue

My card has been locked since **** due to suspicious activity. They won't tell me what the suspicious activity was. I sent them the required docs on **** and I was told * business days to remove the block. I have called and called and called. No human for the last couple of days. Just an email stating they have received my docs and it will be * more days from ****. My paycheck posted on ****, I have not had access to those funds and I have bills to pay. and have incurred late charges. I need to have my card unblocked ASAP so I can get my money.
GetHuman-jmnieb did not yet indicate what Green Dot should do to make this right.
