I've been waiting almost two months for my card with my federal tax refund. I've call your "Customer Service" line at least ** times. I've applied for the card to be sent to me at least * times. I need to talk to a live representative and figure out where my money is. This is ABSOLUTELY ridiculous that I've had to chase everyone and their money around. Your automated "Customer Service" representative has told me that my information is invalid. Someone needs to help me figure this bullshit out.
