I have the greendot mobile app. I tried to deposit a check in the app by picture and it said greendot needed to know me better. In order to do that it tells me I either need to have a direct deposit on the card or add $*** in the last ** days. I put $*** on my card, went back to try again, and still the same result. I've called an ungodly amount of times today and got absolutely no help from you guys. Something needs to be done.
I trust that Green Dot will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
