Help with my Green Dot issue

My account was closed for suspicious activity. The only thing I did was call for a new card cause mine broke SO they put a block on my account because I told the rep that I moved so I need to change my address so she sent me a new card fed ex I received it then they asked me to send a picture of my identification card so I did several times every time it said upload successfull then they keep emailing me saying it didn't go through every time I sent it but it said up load successfull so now they closed my account and my direct deposit is due to be put on my card tomorrow this is a real un convenience for me when I had no suspicious activity done to my account they didn't even ask me for my security questions before closing my account I need to know if there is anything that can be done to activate my new card that I received so I can continue to use my account.
GetHuman-miata did not yet indicate what Green Dot should do to make this right.
