Help with my Green Dot issue
The issue in GetHuman-barbeem's own words
GD sent me a new card because mine had been compromised but they have a block on the new one and they want me to send them a picture of my ID and I have sent them ** pics and each one is stating that i have to send another one because its not legible ,although * of the ones that I sent to their link said that it uploaded successfully ,now my direct deposit SSDI monies are on there and I cant use my money and it is going to put me in a bad place I have spoken with * different people there and they keephaving me do the same thing resend it and I keep getting the same message to send again because its not legible and they cant get any more legible than they are.
GetHuman-barbeem did not yet indicate what Green Dot should do to make this right.
