I bought * Wal-Mart money cards by greendot MasterCard on *-**-** and did not register them yet. i have my receipt and the packaging required to fully activate the cards prior to their first use, but the cards were most likey taken or less likely lost. So my problem is that when I call green dot cust. service I have to have the card number or my ss* which wasn't ever associated. I am given no options to speak with a person and Wal-Mart of course has no idea what to do for me either. I do not understand how it company as a large is green dot does not have customer service representative available for me to talk to you in person. I'm in immediate and desperate need of my funds and I'm going to have to spend several days figuring out how to get ahold of y'all now and then I have to wait for my replacement cards to come in the mail as well or hopefully to a Walmart immediately please respond ASAP
