Hello, I got a notification on my account about needing to verify my bank account linked to my card account with repercussions of closure of said account if I did not follow up. However I did not receive any type of deadline but I submitted the requested information as of yesterday with no follow-up email of any sort and no way to contact an actual human to find out when this can or will be resolved. I found the support number online but anytime I input any of my information it is saying it is incorrect, (sounds to me that the system needs to be updated) so I have no way to currently verify anything for this account and sadly having this account opened has proven more of a headache than anything useful and has actually hurt my credit score with the poor slow response to payments and things like this. If anymore information is required and someone is available to call me that would be preferred. The lack of human resources your company provides is simple atrocious so don't hesitate to call, **********, my name is Jonathan Coleman. Thanks for your time.
