I bought a MoneyPak card last night for my son to put money on his Emerald Card. I called the number Rite Aid gave me for customer service and gave the info to a rep, who said the money would be on the card in ** minutes since it was an emergency. The money was never put on the card. I have been calling the number back repeatedly since last night and am getting no answer or someone picks up, then hangs up. Since this method did not work, I had to go back to the store to get another card. I was able to successfully load the *nd card through the website. Since I cannot use the card (says it's been used) and did not receive the $** in my son's account, I am requesting a refund of the $** plus the $*.** service fee.
GetHuman780184 did not yet indicate what Green Dot should do to make this right.
