I am not a happy customer and the service I had receive from your company. They are not properly train and the customer service isn’t great at all. First most I had a hard time getting someone to talk to about my account because I didn’t have any important concerning my card because I had misplaced my card and because of that reason along it was hard to get through to customer service. I was very upset about the automatic system ****s for that particular part. I had to talk with several people concerning my account and nobody could not be helpful to me. I am very displeased. I had gone two to three weeks without having money because of your employer aren’t properly qualified to do their job. I’m highly upset because I am a single mom and I need my money to provide for my baby that is ten months old. They keep sending me out cards without money that was deposited into my account. So that means that my son and I has gone without two weeks or more without having money. I paid for a replacement card and on today I had to pay $** to get my card in three days because I cannot afford to wait yet another week to receive a new card. I am paying for your employer mistakes and that is not fairly to my son and I. Something needs to be fixed about this situation fast. I am not happy with the service.
I trust that Green Dot will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
