Help with my Green Dot issue

Activate card ... I purchased a green dot cash back card at Walgreens today. I have tried several times via phone and online as well as the app to register this card and nothing is helping. Now it’s saying I tried too much and can’t speak with anyone via customer support. I loaded $** on this card and I need my money now. What can I do?
That I need to talk to a human to register my card
Give me my money
New and I thought I would speak to someone not a stupid automated system
I tried everything
