Nothing has been fixed. Nothing has been done. I still cant use the money on my card because it keeps saying declined but states my balance.? Now saying it's declined because it's not active? How does it have $** on it then if it's not active!?

Pay my online bill! ... I put money on my card, to pay for my Netflix account and other things online and my card isn't working. I can not use it at the store either because I do not have a pin. I do not have a pun because your website had "technical difficulties" at the time of my information input and will not let me reload or use my card now at all. I'm about to sue you guys for not having a over the phone human real live talking representative to help with these issues either.
