I paid $** for a greendot card at cvs almost *weeks ago to a month ago. I went to active my card. While doing so i lost signal on my phone. (I get bad signal in my house) It told me i had ran out of time to active my card and to try again after ** hour has gone by. I waited about * days before i tried to active my card again. I put all my card information in, and instead of it taking me to sign up for the card it said i have reached my attempts for the day and to try again after **hours was up. So i left it alone for about another * to * days. I got online and went to active my card again, and yet i ran into the same problem. I put my card information in, and it told me i had reach my limit of the day to try and activate my card yet again and told me to try again in **hours. This time i waited * week before going online and trying to active it. Still i ran into the same problem. Ive tried calling the customer service several times to get this problem fixed. I tried activating my card over the phone, and it told me this card could only be activated online. Ive called the customer service phone number several different times, but i cant get apast the *st part of it because my card isnt activated. Ive google serval times and serval different ways of how to get a live person on the phone to talk to me and help me with this problem, but instead of getting someone on the phone it just keeps hanging up on me saying i dont have the right information. Im getting very aggravated with this. I paid for the card and put a total of $** on it, and i cant use my card nor get the money off of it.
