Help with my Green Dot issue
Need to speak to a live person about trying to load a moneypak to my own card and the funds were never loaded to my card on ********. I need to have the money refunded to me as soon as possible.
I trust that Green Dot will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.

I filled out the refund form online and ke*** in all the information asked of men, then sent the refund request. I was it would be **** business days and a check would be sent to me in the mail. Thank you green dot you've been most helpful.
