I have a green dot Visa card, i recently purchased a flight with the card. I canceled that flight & the money is in the process of being refunded back to the card.i called to check the bal of my account and it said I have a block on my account so I had to upload my license,now when I call it say it can’t verf my info and my account has been. Closed. However I can still see my account online, but when I call the customer service number to speak with a rep the automatic system says my account is closed so I do not know how to get in touch with a representative to discuss the issue.
