I got my check direct deposited on the new geendot card I got. After four days it finally got deposited. I try to go to the ATM and it said contact my financial I try to go to the store and get cash back at the store and it approved my purchase but wouldn't let me get cash back.bi go home and call the lady says I was pushing credit instead of checking which was not true. I decide to try again it says the same thing went to three different atms and two stores for cash back will not work I call again and they tell me the same thing. I go back and try again no luck. I come home and call again the new person tells me first I am pressing the wrong option credit instead of checking even though I tried every option. Tell her that and she says I am using the wrong pin number I ask her how am I getting cash back then. She tells me try a different ATM I tell her I have tried three or four and she has no response I tell her I want to talk to a supervisor she says they are busy. I tell her I will hold she puts me in hold a couple minutes comes back and says she will have one call me in **hours!! No one calls me I get my permanent card still blocked then it says submit id I do it check the next day it's illegible I have the **** picture and it's clearly not at all. It's been six days I want my money. I call coporate offices they say they will unblock my card I literally just got off the phone with them. It was unblocked stayed unblocked five minutes now it is saying illegible documents again* Are you kidding me I have reported this company to the BBB and consumer affairs. Oh and when they did unblock it they said they put it on spend down to close my account which my direct deposit is already suppose to be going in this account I ask her why no explanation. So you guys mess up and close my account this is the worst customer service I have had in my life. I will continue putting my review in every site I can and will be calling the news station for the local business investigation. I want a call back ********** asap
