The easiest way to resolve any billing issues with Green Dot is to call 866-795-7597 and press 1 to get to a live representative from Green Dot . From there, you will need to enter your 16 digit card number or enter your social security to speak to that representative.

Get my refunded money. ... I uploaded money to my green dot card to book a flight which I canceled. Both airlines have refunded my money back to the cards. I went to check the balance to see if the refund had posted yet, and the automatic system said I had a block on my card so I uploaded my Drivers license. After doing so the automatic system adv it wold take *days for the hold to be removed. I called the card today to check the balance and now it’s saying my account is closed. I need to speak with a real person so I can know what I need to do about getting my money.
The automatic system is no hep need real people.
I just want my money back.
I been trying to get this resolved for at least a week now.
