I hu Ave been a direct deposit member of your company for over a year. I moved to Washington & was robbed of my personal positions & was hospitalized from my injuries. I spoke with a representative on May *th regarding cancelling my card & disputing * transactions with companies I had not authorized & were fraudulent. I was told an investigation would take ** days & a new card would be mailed. I received my new card with $* on it. All the money I had. I went to buy something to eat & your company locked my new card. I called & asked why, they gave me no reason. I also informed them my taxes are linked to this account for a future deposit & this is all I have. Fast forward to the **nd of may, I receive no email or call or letter stating status of disputed items. I call on that date & they risky tell me my dispute was denied. Not only am I shocked, I'm hurt & as a honest member of your company with no complaints or issues, I feel like your company did not do a thorough investigation & just refuses to assist & complete due diligence of a true claim of a long time customer & human being. I would like to file a complaint in this regard & take this issue further. I will stand by the truth, I wish you will stand with me. My name is Andreaus Moore & I can be reached @ ***-***-****
