The easiest way to resolve any billing issues with Green Dot is to call 866-795-7597 and press 1 to get to a live representative from Green Dot . From there, you will need to enter your 16 digit card number or enter your social security to speak to that representative.

May **, ******:**p.m eastern time* - THE PROBLEM-*** unauthorized charge*- ***.**$*May *,*****First off, I had to as a (customer)!*Track down the company* scam on my own without customer service help!*There was no help or even the slightest feeling customer service even wanted to help.*(Customer) after a a long day of tracking down the manufacture,which have NO idea this company even existed !!!* Then had to call green dot back! After the CUSTOMER: which I thought customer needs were important!!! * Long story short- got credited back ***.**$* Green dot insisted that I cancel the card, and order another one.* * business’s days(which from that date it was May *,****! * It is now May **,**** and have NO card!!!! And no money!! I’m a single MOTHER! That money is to help with my RENT and MOUTHS to feed! * Called green dot May **, **** to figure out where my new card is- * There reply( well it should be there * business days) *When you look at the dates it’s been more than a WEEK! * Asked if they could cancel the card that they are sending me, and me as in (customer) AGAIN was trying to tell them I’m DESPERATE! I will go to the store and purchase another card myself, and all you would have to do is cancel the card that is so called was sent and I would call them back when I got the new card information so then they could credit my card back of the money ! *Green dot replies( sorry nothing we can do) * business days- and all I can get was a SORRY! Sorry dosent help with rent and my kids! *Works costumer service EVER! * RESOLUTION- please cancel the card that is so called in the mail, and please let me go buy another card myself, so then all you would have to do is credit back the money.... thank you for your time!
