I need to cancel my card because it was lost or stolen. Having an issue with the automated system not accepting my birth date. social security is fine just birthdate I believe. I don't have the card number because it is lost or stolen and i don't remember it. I can't get past the automated system because my birthdate is incorrect in your system. I need this issue resolved immediately because the card has been lost for over a week now and its a lot of money on card.
