My account was hacked, your agents admitted that you let my account get hacked twice. I Spoke with customer service rep and they were closing down my account and sending me the money from the dispute. They told me on May**, **** that I would have the money from the dispute with in ** days. I just called the automated system and they said that the dispute was just approved until the **th. I am tired of being lied to by your customer service agents and for you guys causing my bills to have late fees. At this point there needs to be some kind of compensation for all of the problems you have caused. In addition, I have called the helpline and cannot speak to a representative as you shut my account down. I want a call back immediately at ***-***-****!!!
GetHuman706164 did not yet indicate what Green Dot should do to make this right.
