My tax refund was sent to me via a green dot card because I filed my taxes through turbo tax. I used it one time and never used it again, there was a balance of $*** and some change left that i never used.But I checked on the balance through crivit. The money was used and there was a negative balance of -$*.**. I want to know if you could supply me with info in reference to who used it or where was it used at or do I have to file a police report. I tried calling you and couldnt get through, all I could get was the automated system. I inputted my social security number, zipcode and birth date and it said info was invalid or an error.I would appreciate any assistance or information you could give me. Thank you. * * John Jones
