Get it unblocked so I can get to my money ... I misplaced my card and ordered a new one I paid the extra money to have it quickly sent to me and when I received it there's a block on it and to make matters even worse I have to wait an additional * days for someone to look at my picture to verify my identification and to frustrate me more my direct deposit is rejected while waiting for y'all to verify me using y'all service is costing me money and is not a bit useful or accommodating you customer service is very poor and I know there's got to be a way I could be helped better than I have been and I'm curious to how many customer you have lost due to the lack of concern or customer service
GetHuman-jwodicka did not yet indicate what Green Dot should do to make this right.
