Activate my replacement card now ... I just received a replacement card and cannot activate it. I cannot get through to Customer Service and there is a Block on my card. Why is this such a difficult issue? All of my money is on that card and cannot even go to the store because I am out of gas. I would appreciate some type of response today. This is extremely dissatisfying as I have been a card member for years. This is poor business standards when you cannot be offered the option to speak to a Customer Service Representative. I have had my direct deposit placed into your banking institution for quite a few years as well as my government refunds
Everything....phone calls to the internet and nothing absolutely nothing. I set up a log in page and that won't even work. I'm about to go to Social Media as well as my lawyer if this is not resolved immediately.
