Okay first I would like to meet you to know this I am a very very low income individual single parent of three children some months we barely make it to the end of the month with hygiene things like tissue but by the grace of God we survive I live penny two penny one thing I do every month pay my bills on time each bill is paid before the due date that's something I was taught at an early age so each one I was charged the extra $* because I didn't have a bank account so that's why I got the Green Dot card because it had a routing number and account number so I can use on my target bill and my Victoria Secret bill without being charged extra fee for not having a bank account so last month was the first one I used this Green Dot card with my routing number and bank account so here's the issue one thing I am very very very pissed off upset mad angry because I paid the Victoria's Secret bill $** in it accepted it even on my account the whole account draft it says paid August *th $** accepted and then like maybe ** minutes later and said denied I had no clue that this had happened the same thing happened with my target bill for $** the same issue on the account history it says $** accepted everything so the middle of the month I'm getting this do overdue bill for my Victoria Secret in my target which I was charged $** from Victoria's Secret for a non payment fee the thing is I was treated like a freaking idiot I was told at first by Sharon Shari employee number ID ***** she needs to be fired customer service skills are ridiculous she lied to me a numerous times first stated that I did not have a fee of $** or $** anywhere on my transaction she said i must have made a mistake maybe i use another card she trully made me furious ** so when i told her my transactions history dont show any bank history BUT!!! it shows that on the morning of the *-*-** i made a ***.** load on my card for my two bills .. It deducted the ** $ and the ** $ t instantly an i was never worried because i felt my bills were paid. I always check my card after each transaction just because i always do..so first i was an still given the run around it truly sadden me that u people would steal my money. An when brought to. Attention you say mistake on my part NO!!!!!! I WILL SUE U PEOPLE I ALREADY FILLED OUT A BETTER BUSINESS FORM AGAINST U GREEN DOT I WANT MY MONEY I NO FOR A ***% FACT I WILL WIN GOD IS GOOD****************************************************************************************************
