I'm writing this email to you before I start trying to call. Honestly I have never in my life dealt with such a poorly set up customer service phone number. I am so insulted and frustrated and overwhelmed at the lack of assistance that your customers can get. What would anybody want a card that has this type of issue which is **.*% of people want good customer service. On a scale of * to ** you get -**. Like I said the only reason I'm doing this before I try to call for the **th time you're absolutely going to lose so many customers behind this cuz I'm going to put it on Yelp I'm going to Facebook it I'm putting it everywhere I have never like I said had such a ridiculous customer service way of getting ahold of you guys sorry for the jumbled up words I'm just so frustrated you guys need to close up shop. I wouldnt suggest or recommend this card to anyone! I'm going to post the absolute truth about A) Your website also gets a negative -*...does not explain the transactions whatsoever. The poorest website I have ever seen associated with a card.
