I have had an account with Go Bank Card and at one point I had some unauthorized transactions that I immediately notified Go Bank about. I received new card and was advised that I would be unable to use card for one day only. I have been unable to use my card since September and have been made to jump through many hoops and they even continued to deduct monthly fees even though I was unable to use card. Now it says my account is closed and I may access money by using card for purchases, at atm, or use the check method. I have been declined when attempting purchase and sent many emails now unanswered.
